Discipleship
Leads people to a committed relationship with God through faith in Jesus Christ and provides opportunities for spiritual growth, Christian fellowship, and a solid foundation in Biblical teaching within the Church family.
Adult Sunday School
Provides biblical teaching and discipleship for adults.
AWANA
Trains children in worship, Scripture, and Christian values.
Care Group Bible Study
Designed for a close-knit group seeking to explore Scripture and how to apply it to their lives and personal callings.
Welcome
Connects with guests, helps them feel at home, and provides helpful information about our church.
Worship
Our only appropriate response to God’s love toward us is to worship Him with every part of our being, and in doing so, emboldening those around us to do the same. As Scripture calls us, “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength” (Mark 12:30).
Through joyful praise and creative expression, we lead the church in an authentic response to all that God has revealed Himself to be.
"Sing joyfully to the Lord, you righteous;
it is fitting for the upright to praise him. Praise the Lord with the harp; make music to him on the ten-stringed lyre. Sing to him a new song; play skillfully, and shout for joy."
(Psalm 33:1–3).
Choir
Serves the church by sharing songs during services and events, encouraging and pointing hearts to God through singing.
Praise & Worship
Leads the congregation in heartfelt worship through music, guiding the congregation to express praise to God. This team includes song leaders, backup singers, and instrumentalists who desire to glorify God and inspire worship.
Production Team
Supports church services by managing sound and lighting, ensuring the congregation can worship and hear the Word clearly and without distractions. Roles include sound and lighting technicians.
Worship Celebration
Facilitates corporate worship to help the congregation present themselves to God, study His Word, apply His truth, and respond in ways that reflect His greatness. The team participates in ordinances like baptism and the Lord’s Supper, as well as special events such as child dedications and corporate prayer. Roles include presiders, ushers, Lord’s Supper servers, and the sanctuary decorators.

Encourages spiritual growth through God’s Word, meaningful relationships, and uplifting activities for men, women, married couples, youth, children, and families.
Supporting couples in building strong, Christ-centered marriages rooted in God’s design.

Tracks birthdays and anniversaries and prepares gifts for church members on their special days because DBDNJ family cares about you.

Creating a space for mature women to find encouragement, connection, and spiritual growth in every season.

Encouraging women to grow spiritually and build Christ-centered lives and friendships.
Ladies
Equipping men to lead with faith, integrity, and brotherhood through God’s Word and community.

Sharing the Hope of Christ, Day By Day
Our Evangelism and Missions Ministry equips members to take the Gospel to our neighborhoods, across the nation, and around the world.
Through local outreach, national church planting, and global partnerships, we live on mission together, demonstrating God’s love and making disciples as commanded in Acts 1:8.
Administration
Manages and oversees church resources, and implements Church policies and procedures.
Ensures that Church activities are properly financed and supplied for the success of each ministry.
Budget, Finance & Audit
Oversees the maintenance and repair of the worship center.
Facility Management
Manages and maintains church membership and attendance records, tracks key life events, updates contact information, publishes the church directory, and welcomes new visitors.
Members' Record Management
Oversees the food pantry by maintaining and stocking shelves and coordinating food assignments for Sunday Lunch Fellowship.
Pantry
Safety, Peace, and Order Team
Ensures the safety and security of our church community by protecting life and property and preventing incidents.
SPOT
Multimedia
Supports worship services and church events through media, technology, and visual communication, helping the congregation follow along and stay connected.
Bulletin
Prepares weekly and special-event bulletins to share announcements, encouragement, and reminders that draw hearts closer to Christ.
Design
Creates designs for slides, prints, and video presentations.
Online Outreach
Maintains the church website and social media platforms to share updates, resources, and the message of Christ with our church family and the wider community.
Photo & Video
Captures meaningful moments in the life of the church through photography and video, preserving memories of how God has been faithful to us.
Service Media
Provides slides and video presentations for Sunday worship, special services, and church activities to guide and enhance the congregation’s experience.
